“I like Sródka because it is like a little island within Poznan, a town in miniature. In its centre is a small rock set on the pavement close to Kino Malta. When I saw this stone I immediately wanted to protect it and for people to recognise its importance. I surrounded it with a cage and chained the stone tight with a lock. In this way I captured the heart of Sródka.

But the love that the people of this area had for their rock was too strong, and within a day they had removed the cage, stolen the chain and freed the stone from my prison. So once more the heart of Sródka is free for everyone.”
